One thing to do before Tuesday
Write down the last three things at work you were genuinely pleased with. Don’t polish them, don’t make them sound impressive — just get them down. We’ll use them on the call, and most people find this harder than they expect, which is rather the point.
What happens on the day
Forty-five minutes. I’ll cover why capable people get overlooked, the shift that fixes it, and we’ll work through real examples — including, for two or three of you, your own role translated out loud.
I read every application and build the session around what people ask for. So if you told me the one thing you want answered, it’s on my list.
